Ordering & Commission Information

To order items from *Sapphire Tears*, please submit an inquiry to:

With the item name and number. If there are any comments, questions or additional/optional information you would like to add regarding any of the items, please submit those along with your order or in a separate email if you are not placing an order.

To inquire about commissions, please send me an email with any information or questions you may have.


Please note that I have the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable working on.

 

Payment

I accept Paypal only! If you intend to pick up an item in person, then you may pay by cash, but only for in-person pick ups. Payment must be made within 24-48 hours of order submission unless specified otherwise.

Payment for commissioned items must be paid in partial before project begins (this price is determined by cost of supplies). This is to be able to get any required supplies for your commission. After completion of the project, the remaining payment and shipping must be paid before receiving your item(s).

Artwork commissions may be paid in full after artwork has been completed.

Shipping is not included in the price for the items listed on the site. Shipping is determined by your location, weight of the item and type of mail service.

After emailing with your purchase, I will then give you my paypal email so that you may make your payment.


Refunds

Refunds may be given only if:

-Item has been damaged during delivery

No item may be returned after one week! I do not accept returns or refunds for commissioned items. I am also not responsible for any item after it has left my hands and in delivery. To be safe, I strongly recommend you insure your items during postal.
